Terms of Service

Grandparent Album helps families create custom printed photo albums for grandparents and loved ones.

Customers can:

• upload photos
• create album previews
• invite family contributors
• review and edit albums
• choose a one-time or subscription plan
• send printed albums to delivery addresses
• include a private QR code page for digital viewing and reactions

Printed albums are produced through Gelato or another print-on-demand production partner.

You may need an account to create, save, edit, or order an album.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

You own the photos, captions, messages, and other content you upload.

By uploading content, you give us permission to use it only as needed to provide the service, including:

• storing your photos
• creating album previews
• creating print-ready files
• printing and shipping albums
• showing private digital album pages
• providing support

You confirm that you have the right to upload and use the photos and content you provide.

You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or infringes someone else's rights.

You may invite family members to add photos.

You are responsible for who you invite and for reviewing the album before approval.

Contributor links are private. Anyone with a valid contributor link may be able to add photos depending on the permissions provided.

You are responsible for reviewing your album before approving it for print. Please check:

• photos
• captions
• spelling
• crop adjustments
• cover
• gift message
• recipient name
• delivery address
• extra copies

Once you approve an album for print, production may begin quickly and we may not be able to cancel or change it.

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required before production.

An order is not ready for printing until payment is confirmed and the album is approved for print, depending on the flow shown in the app.

Payment does not automatically mean the album has been approved for print or sent to production.

Grandparent Album offers recurring album plans. Plans may include:

• Monthly Memories
• Seasonal — every 3 months
• Yearly Gift

Subscription terms, billing frequency, included albums, and recurring gift copies are shown before checkout.

Customers can cancel subscriptions in the app.

Cancellation applies to future billing periods and future albums. It does not automatically cancel or refund albums already paid, approved for print, prepared, printed, shipped, or delivered.

You may add extra gift copies.

For one-time orders, extra gift copies are one-time only.

For subscriptions, extra gift copies may be recurring if you choose to send them with every album.

Recurring and one-time extra copies will be clearly shown before checkout.

At launch, Grandparent Album ships only to the United States.

Delivery timing is estimated at 6–10 business days after payment confirmation and approval for print.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Grandparent Album products are custom and personalized.

Because each album is made from your photos and content, cancellations, returns, and refunds are limited after the album is approved for print.

Printed albums may include a private QR code page.

The QR code lets the recipient view the digital album and send a reaction/message.

Anyone with access to the printed album or QR code may be able to open the digital album, so do not share it publicly if you want it to remain private.

Grandparent Album, website design, branding, software, templates, layouts, and related materials are owned by Falvore s.p. or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

We try to keep Grandparent Album reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Falvore s.p. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for a paid order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location provide otherwise.
