Terms of Service

Grandparent Album helps families create custom printed photo albums for grandparents and loved ones.

Customers can:

• upload photos
• create album previews
• invite family contributors
• review and edit albums
• choose a one-time or subscription plan
• send printed albums to delivery addresses

At launch, we manually prepare and coordinate paid orders with a production partner.

You can start an album and order without an account. Albums started without an account are saved only in that browser and are deleted after 3 days without activity unless you order. After ordering, you can set a password to manage your album from any device.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

You own the photos, captions, messages, and other content you upload.

By uploading content, you give us permission to use it only as needed to provide the service, including:

• storing your photos
• creating album previews
• creating print-ready files
• printing and shipping albums
• showing private digital album pages
• providing support

You confirm that you have the right to upload and use the photos and content you provide.

You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or infringes someone else's rights.

You may invite family members to add photos.

You are responsible for who you invite and for reviewing the album before approval.

Contributor links are private. Anyone with a valid contributor link may be able to add photos depending on the permissions provided.

For a one-time order or the first album of a subscription, review and approve your personalized album before checkout. Renewal payments are automatic, but you must complete and approve each renewal album before it can be printed. Please check:

• photos
• captions
• spelling
• crop adjustments
• cover
• gift message
• recipient name
• delivery address
• extra copies

Personalized purchases are final after payment, subject to the remedies in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and your mandatory consumer rights. If you contact support immediately and production has not begun, we may try to help, but cancellation or changes are not guaranteed.

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

The first subscription payment purchases the exact album you approved before checkout.

Payment is required before production.

Once the completed album is approved and payment is confirmed, we complete final checks and manually prepare it for printing.

Grandparent Album offers recurring album plans. Plans may include:

• Every 3 months

Subscription terms, billing frequency, included albums, and recurring gift copies are shown before checkout.

Sign in to your account, open “Plan & billing,” and choose “Manage billing” (or “Manage plan”) for the subscription you want to cancel. Complete cancellation in the secure billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; “Plan & billing” shows “Ends on” with the effective end date once updated. Your plan will not renew after that date.

After the initial checkout, your subscription renews automatically at the monthly or every-three-month frequency shown before checkout. Each successful renewal payment purchases one further album with the plan's selected cover and any recurring extra copy. Renewals continue even if an earlier album is unfinished. Already-paid albums wait and open one at a time, in payment order, after you approve the current album. Paid albums do not expire and require completed, approved content before printing.

Cancellation preserves already-paid albums, including those waiting to open, so you can still finish and approve them. It does not automatically refund a completed payment or an album already in production; applicable remedies and mandatory consumer rights remain.

You may add no more than one optional extra copy to an album.

An extra softcover is $25 and an extra hardcover is $35.

For one-time orders, extra gift copies are one-time only.

For recurring orders, choose “This album only” or “Every album.” The extra copy may use the same or a different supported U.S. delivery address.

Recurring and one-time extra copies will be clearly shown before checkout.

At launch, Grandparent Album ships only to the United States.

Standard U.S. shipping is included for supported addresses.

Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after the completed album is approved and payment is confirmed. This includes manual preparation, printing, and shipping; it is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

For an initial order, you approve the album before checkout, so the estimate starts when payment is confirmed. For a renewal paid before its album is finished, the estimate starts when you complete and approve that album. A renewal charge alone does not start printing or the delivery estimate.

Tracking is communicated after shipment when available.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Grandparent Album products are custom and personalized.

Personalized purchases are final after payment, subject to the remedies in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and your mandatory consumer rights.

Grandparent Album, website design, branding, software, templates, layouts, and related materials are owned by Falvore s.p. or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

We try to keep Grandparent Album reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Falvore s.p. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for a paid order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location provide otherwise.
