1. What we do with your photos
We use your photos to:
- create your album preview
- let you review and adjust the album
- generate the print file
- produce and ship the printed album
- show the private digital album through the QR code
- provide support when needed
2. What we do not do
We do not:
- sell your photos
- make your albums public
- use your photos in ads without permission
- let grandparents see billing information
- let contributors see payment or delivery details
- use private family photos to train public AI models
3. Who can see your album
Depending on your settings and links, your album may be visible to:
- you
- invited family contributors
- approved admin/support team members when needed
- Gelato or another print provider for production
- the recipient through the private QR code/gift link
4. Private QR code
Printed albums include a private QR code page.
The QR code lets the recipient view the album online and send a message back.
Anyone with access to the QR code may be able to open the digital album, so do not share it publicly.
5. Deleting photos
You may request deletion of your photos.
If an album has already been approved, printed, or shipped, we may need to keep some order records and may not be able to stop production.
