Email us with your account email and album name.
I need to change a delivery address
If the album has not yet been approved for print or sent to production, we may be able to update the address. For subscriptions, you can update future delivery addresses in your account.
My album arrived damaged
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the packaging.
I want to cancel a subscription
You can cancel your subscription in the app. Cancellation applies to future billing periods and future albums.
